File names: qrwerk-whatsapp.png and qrwerk-whatsapp.svg. SVG suits print shops, PNG suits the web and office documents.

What does this QR code contain?

In a wa.me link the number appears without a plus sign, spaces or a leading zero. The message is percent-encoded as a URL parameter.

The target is a wa.me link; WhatsApp or a matching redirect must be available on the device.
A QR code does not verify whether the number is actually registered with WhatsApp.

A duplicated country code or a remaining leading zero produces the wrong target number.
Special characters in the message must be URL-encoded.
