A logo that is too large covers data and hurts readability. The size is therefore capped at 25% and error correction is set to level H.

Scan quality

Adjust settings

  • Input complete: Please complete all required fields correctly.
  • Sufficient contrast: The contrast is 16.3:1.
  • Safe logo size: No logo has been added.
  • Sufficient quiet zone: The quiet zone matches the recommended four modules.
  • Recommended error correction: Current level: M. For print, at least level M is recommended.

These checks are an estimate. Test the QR code on several devices before printing.

Static QR codes and local processing

QRWerk creates static QR codes. The payload you enter is stored directly in the pattern; QRWerk offers no dynamic redirects and no scan statistics. In the verified version, inputs and logo files are processed locally in your browser.

Prepare for scan quality

Contrast, quiet zone, output size, data volume and logos all affect real-world recognition. The quality check shows hints, but it does not replace a test of the final print or display.
